For all queer & trans individuals seeking authentic and empowered body liberation, welcome HOME! I know you, I see you, because I am you. And it is my passion in life to walk alongside my fellow QT family as we un-learn all of the queerphobic, fat-shaming “values” we were raised upon. That ends today! (I don’t know you yet…and yet I’m super excited to be a part of this journey with you!) My path in life is to integrate transformation, creativity & play toward thriving in relationships and community. (And when I say, creative play, I really mean it. I literally have a degree in professional clowning…but that’s for another time.)

Clinically speaking, my approach uses a compassionate and evidenced based mindfulness approach. I hold my therapeutic space with a passionate cornerstone of social justice, gender celebratory & queer affirmative ideas. When it fits, we may incorporate expressive arts for your healing journey.

A queer-affirmative journey, as well as my battles with chronic pain, will also be part of our conversations. If I’ve learned anything, it is that we cannot do this work alone. It’s about seeing each other, embracing all of ourselves and learning…we have the right to be liberated - without change or apology.
