Grief is hard. Dictionary.com defines it as, “keen mental suffering or distress over affliction or loss; sharp sorrow; painful regret.” Grief can overwhelm and change you on a fundamental level. It can become the thing by which you mark time. Before the loss. After the loss. Replaying decisions to see if there is anything you could have done to change the outcome. Maybe you feel traumatized by the images of your loved one’s last moments and you can’t get those thoughts out of your mind. Struggling with anger, guilt or just feeling lost are all common feelings of grief.

Whether you need a judgement-free place to work through your grief or you need help working through a traumatic or violent loss I can help you. I am trained in EMDR for trauma and Restorative Retelling for Violent Loss, so I am equipped to give you the tools you need to help you wherever you find yourself on your grief journey.

My own loss journey is what motivates me to do this work.
