I provide a calm space to get curious about understanding & addressing anxiety, depression, and trauma - including parents who want to help their kids & teens break free from anxiety, OCD & related struggles. Interrupting cycles of using perfectionism, overwork, disordered eating or substances to hide, numb or cope is not something you need to do alone.
Therapy is a space we can unpack and embrace the messiness of life, and learn to thrive in spite of obstacles: we will make space for laughter alongside tears, carve out time to celebrate wins while still grieving losses, and uncover glimmers of hope hiding in the shadows. Though expertise grounds my work, being a down-to-earth human is how I show up.

SPACE: Parenting Kids w/ Anxiety & OCD
This group offers a SPACE for families who want to help their kids & teens break free from Anxiety, OCD, & related struggles. SPACE starnds for Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions and is parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related problems pioneered by Dr. Eli Lebowitz at The Yale Child Study Center. We meet to offer support and psychoeducation for parents each week to navigate how to help their kids & teens reduce and recover from anxiety, OCD, & related struggles. Parents are encouraged to connect outside of group: it takes a village- let us be yours.
