SPACE: Parenting Kids w/ Anxiety & OCD

This group offers a SPACE for families who want to help their kids & teens break free from Anxiety, OCD, & related struggles. SPACE starnds for Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions and is parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related problems pioneered by Dr. Eli Lebowitz at The Yale Child Study Center. We meet to offer support and psychoeducation for parents each week to navigate how to help their kids & teens reduce and recover from anxiety, OCD, & related struggles. Parents are encouraged to connect outside of group: it takes a village- let us be yours.
