We take a holistic approach, combining Eastern philosophy & traditional psychology. We use different techniques focusing on the body & mind connection, discussing memories and family dynamics. Sometimes we even pull from the very patterns which may come up in the therapeutic relationship itself to help us achieve this goal of awareness and growth.
