My own lived experience with many of these feelings makes me confident that I can help you. In therapy with me, what you see is what you get. I am not afraid to tell it like it is and to help you rearrange your priorities to build a life in which you thrive rather than one in which you feel you have to survive on a day-to-day basis. We have a choice.
