When is the last time that you felt truly, unapologetically like yourself? Pressures of the world make us feel even more disconnected from ourselves than we’d like. Some of us were taught to be perfect. Make perfect grades, be the perfect parent, have a picture-perfect life. Some of us were taught that nothing we ever did would ever be good enough. Believing this, we stopped trying all together and gave up. If we didn't give up, we're still trying relentlessly to meet a standard set by the world. Working together, we'll create a new standard that actually works for us.
As a Latina therapist, I am passionate about working through generational trauma and beliefs that no longer support the life we desire. I assist adults as they address various life transitions such as navigating college, break ups, divorce or starting new chapters. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I provide therapy for adults 18 and older.
I am eager to help you cultivate the changes you want to see in yourself and the world around you. You are truly deserving of the peace and internal harmony that you desire. As your therapist, I am committed to being your advocate and a safe space for you… to be you.
