Hey there! I'm so glad you found me! You may be experiencing a variety of mental health concerns right now but I am not going to pretend like I know exactly how you are feeling in this season of your life. I provide counseling sessions for tweens, teens, young adults, and those of all ages suffering from cancer or chronic illness who live in the state of Florida. My practice is rooted in CBT and REBT to help develop personal insight that allows my clients to use new skills to adjust the patterns of behaviors and thoughts that are causing them distress.
