My name is Christina Lanzetta! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York. Whether you are starting therapy for the first time or making a return, finding the right therapist is so important. My goal as a clinician is to provide my clients with the support to work through life challenges and find happiness, stability, and growth.
I work with a variety of clients from various demographic backgrounds. Throughout my career I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including, depression, anxiety, parenting issues, relationship challenges, ADHD and more. I am also trained in Trauma Systems Therapy and have worked with people who have been exposed to many forms of trauma.
I believe a genuine therapeutic relationship can help an individual grow. I will provide clients with my authentic self, so they feel confident to explore their feelings in a safe place, without judgement. Several techniques and approaches will be integrated into therapy to assist clients in achieving their goals and create a positive change in their lives!
