Do you struggle with negative self-talk and low self-esteem? Are you experiencing interpersonal struggles? My goals include empowering clients to make healthier decisions in their life, increasing their self-awareness, and gaining healthy communication skills within relationships. I believe counseling is a very personal experience that looks different for everyone. I hope to provide a space for clients to feel seen and supported while they explore the complexities of life and themselves. I incorporate solution-focused, CBT, and mindfulness techniques in sessions while taking a person-centered approach.
My background is working with adolescents and adults experiencing symptoms of adjustment disorder, PTSD, anxiety, and/or depression. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. I am currently completing my post-master’s clinical supervision at The Center for Cognitive Health.
