Although my specialties include working with diagnoses like ADHD and Autism, I see a variety of clients! For children 9 and under I use child-centered play therapy and cognitive behavioral play therapy. For adults, I use a mixture of CBT, DBT, and person-centered counseling depending on your goals.

Men's Support Group
This is an open ongoing support group to help male-identifying adults feel better supported and connected to the community. In this group, men are welcome to discuss whatever it is they're struggling with including, but not limited to, grief, divorce, addiction, and loneliness. Both insurance (medicaid, cigna, UHC/UMR, aetna, and blue cross/blue shield) and self-pay are accepted. Please reach out to Amanda before joining the group in order to get paperwork completed!
