As someone who has experienced a lot of what life has to offer, from small town to big city to things in the desert, I know what it is like to take a journey and I would love to support you in yours.

As a humanistic, holistic AMFT who has completed their 3000 hours, I am here to support you in whatever direction your life takes. My background is in Transpersonal counseling, which means that I include body, mind, soul and spirit in our work. I also pull from my training and experience using expressive arts, art therapy and somatic therapy.

Looking inward can be difficult. The journey forward has many challenges. Luckily, you do not have to do it alone.
