I work with children who have experienced trauma, as well as adults who have gone through childhood or other traumas. My goal is to help these clients name and process their trauma, understand its impact, and learn strategies to feel safe. I also focus on supporting women who are managing emotional and mental labor in relationships, navigating motherhood, and dealing with postpartum challenges. I aim to help them name what they’re going through, find appropriate supports, and learn to speak up for themselves in a safe, empowered way.
I have worked with children, teens, adults, families, and parents for the past 14 years in group homes, foster homes, schools, as well as with individuals and families in their homes. I am experienced in dealing with trauma and emotional abuse. I use attachment therapy to help clients rebuild the way they interact with themselves, others, and the world.
During the week, I supervise AMFTs at a nonprofit, where I’ve spent 14 years helping children and families heal from trauma. In my private practice on Saturdays, I offer support to clients facing trauma, relationship challenges, and postpartum struggles.
