As someone who has experienced a lot of what life has to offer, from small town to big city to things in the desert, I know what it is like to take a journey and I would love to support you in your journey.

I am a holistic, humanistic LMFT with a degree in Transpersonal counseling, which means that I include body, mind, and spirit in our work, whatever ths mean to you. I also pull from my training and experience using expressive arts, art therapy and somatic therapy.

Looking inward can be difficult. The journey forward has many challenges. Luckily, you do not have to do it alone. As an experienced adventurer and compassionate therapist I am here to help support and guide you as you explore the deepest parts of yourself.
