Do you find yourself struggling with day to day life or perhaps a dependance on a substance that you know no longer serves you? If so, I am here to help support you through whatever life goals you feel would add to your feeling of fulfillment in life through deeper self-exploration and self-compassion. I have experience working with adults of all ages struggling with substance use, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and disordered eating. My belief is that you already know what you need in order to heal, but that it may just not be aware to you quite yet.
My role is to best support you as you navigate life’s challenges and to help you build confidence and resiliency as you continue experiencing life. Additionally, I aim to help you to arrive at a place in which you feel confident and supported in knowing what next steps you need to take in order to further your overall satisfaction and emotional wellbeing.
Using a person-centered approach, I offer a safe space for you to develop and strengthen new tools to help you handle whatever challenges you are facing.
