I help men & women find freedom through emotional healing. As a therapist, I know that genuine connection is a powerful healer. I know what it's like to feel like no one understands what you are going through, to care for everyone else while your story gets lost in the background. Unfortunately, I had some really "not so good" experiences with therapists, which lit a fire in me to become for others what I wish I had. You deserve the same love and care that you give others. Most of the time the healing journey ends with a newfound relationship with yourself building the bridge to who you want to be.
I come from a background of working with individuals who have experienced significant trauma, substance abuse struggles, depression, and many other curveballs life throws. I am not the typical "How does that make you feel?" therapist; I believe we have the answers within and I am the tour guide helping you find them.
I also consider myself a big "brain nerd", fascinated by the healing process of the mind, body, spirit and emotions through continued neuroscience studies and bringing that into the therapy journey. When we understand the “why” and the “what” we can bridge the gaps to healing, and learning to trust the process is where the magic happens!
