I work from an integrative approach to personalize the experience for each client, but I primarily work through a Humanistic and trauma informed lens. This allows me to utilize a nonjudgmental and empathetic stance. I specialize in working with trauma survivors, interpersonal relationship based issues, anxiety disorders, and substance misuse.
Although I am serious about my work, I invite humor and realness into my sessions when appropriate. I will not stare at you with a blank look on my face, or ask you "how does that make you feel?" over and over again.
