Through creative and somatic practices and nervous system awareness I focus on building resilience, changing thought patterns, expressing emotions, and building a stronger relationship with all parts of self. Therapy provides a safe place with containment for you to better understand who you are, what your purpose is, and how you can live it out daily. I enjoy helping people experience healing and joy through art therapy. Also, I am happy to integrate Christian beliefs and Immanuel Approach into the therapy.
My approach is authentic, open, and provides the space to gain introspection in a fun atmosphere. In therapy, creative expression through art materials provides a way to see problems from a different perspective developing a more accepting mindset. I am passionate about helping you find the strengths and gifts in you and encouraging self-compassion.
Life can be full of chaos, many moving parts, and difficult to find solid ground. My hope is to provide a space where you can find stillness, breathe deeper, and build resiliency.
