Therapy is for everyone, whether you’ve experienced trauma, want to learn skills to better your relationships, or regulate your own emotions and reactions. As your therapist, I will meet you exactly where you are without judgment. I will provide a safe and empathic place where you are able to explore and deepen your connection to yourself, as well as building and strengthening your connection with others.
I specialize in a wide variety of issues not limited to: addiction, family/relationship conflict, self-esteem, a range of mood disorders, and life transitions. In therapy, I focus on combining my knowledge of neuroscience, attachment, family systems, and mental health to help you gain knowledge of the brain, body, and heart to create holistic healing.
I’m a true believer that therapy can be a place of safety, growth, and knowledge. Everything you need to enhance, heal, and transform your life, you already possess inside of you.
