My goal with clients is always to meet them where they are and be present with them as they navigate life's ups and downs.
I enjoy collaborating with clients and creating a safe space where vulnerability and brokenness can be freely expressed without guilt or shame. I work with individuals to provide treatment for a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and grief.
I also work with couples to build trust, overcome communication barriers, heal from infidelity, and increase their connectedness and intimacy. I seek to provide a space for couples to be vulnerable with one another as well as be able to practice new tools to enhance their relationship.
