I help adults with anxiety, trauma, OCD, relationship anxiety (ROCD), and panic attacks. I also work with anxious teens who worry, stress out, and overthink. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). With ACT and Exposure Therapy, you can get your life back.
