Autistic Young Adults Therapeutic Support Group
We are now enrolling group participants for our 8 week virtual support group for autistic young adults. This group is open to adults ages 18-30 anywhere in NC. Join us in a safe space to process experiences and gain support from those with similar experiences! Group begins 09/28 and occurs every Thursday from 5-6pm. Adult Queer+ Group for the lgbtqia+ Community
Sometimes we just need to gather in community, with others likes us, and just connect away from the cis/heteronormative BS. This virtual group will meet bi-weekly and is led by a queer/cis/femme licensed psychologist. Each session will include a psychoeducational component on a different mental-health/wellness topic (anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, relationships, communication, coming out, minority stress, work-life balance) and an open-forum support group session. Mindful Awareness for Adhd and Anxiety Ages 18+
Our 8 week virtual group for ADHD and Anxiety has a few spots left! Open to adults anywhere in NC, this group is focused on providing a neurodiversity-affirming space for connection and support. Participants can expect to learn strategies to assist with the unique challenges of ADHD and/or anxiety through mindfulness and self-compassion based exercises. Group begins 10/18 and occurs every Wednesday from 5-6pm.
