Topics covered include stress, anxiety, depression, dating, partners, friendships, college and/or career, family, sleep, health, spirituality, recovery, grief, community, social media, body image, balance, identity, trauma, self-harm, and social justice. The focus of the group is on the intersectionality of a life of sobriety with topics such as emotional development, anxiety, depression, work, family, health, relationships, recreation/hobbies, communication, empathy, identity, change, and adaptation.
