This ONLINE weekly support group is for adults who are employed or recently retired who are looking to begin, re-start, or maintain their recovery from substances. The focus of the group is on the intersectionality of a life of sobriety with topics such as emotional development, anxiety, depression, work, family, health, relationships, recreation/hobbies, communication, empathy, identity, change, and adaptation. This group is ongoing and is currently accepting new members. The group fosters an inclusive environment and is open to all gender identities, sexual orientations, religions, races, and ethnicities.
