I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in anxiety, relationship, identity, artistic, and grief/loss issues.

With a background in the arts, I understand the unique issues which arise from life as an artist. My approach is relational, informed by Gestalt, psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) principles. I also provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

I am LGBTQ+ affirmative and sensitive to issues related to gender, race, ethnicity, ability, spirituality, privilege, and socioeconomic status.
