My clients are often friendly, sensitive, anxious, intellectual, relationship-minded, psychedelic-adjacent, higher-achieving, LGBTQ+, and prone to social and vocational burnout. They've often been in therapy before, and are looking for talk therapy but different - something direct but compassionate, humorous but sincere, intellectual but emotionally holistic.
I'm direct, insightful, humorous, and intellectual. Clients tend to vibe most with the gently confronting, whole person view, and go-with-the-flow yet grounded-in-realism attitude. Ultimately though, my job is to observe and point out what you might not notice - and help you take the action steps you need to change that.
