I really enjoy and work well with complex issues, and discovering foundational behaviors that have lead to current problems. Helping individuals understand their emotional math, and creating solutions that work for them is something I have found great success in.
I enjoy meeting individuals where they are at. I don't think therapy requires me to behave like I am more intelligent than you. I believe good therapy happens when we work together.
