I believe in the importance of incorporating awareness of the body through somatic reflection.

If you are planning or are on the journey of adoption, this nine-week group will provide you knowledge and support in the following areas: how birth and early life affects a child's functioning, healing yourself to help heal your child, practical tools for managing unwanted behaviors, and more!
