It is so unbelievably easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected with life, especially these days. Without the proper mental health tools to tackle your issues, you may find yourself in a repetitive loop of the same old behavioral patterns. It can be scary and frustrating to feel stuck in life and you may wonder where you went "wrong." It may feel daunting to reach out to a therapist (I get it!) but know that my sessions are free of judgment and are a safe place to talk and problem solve. I believe you have most of the answers you need: I'm merely the facilitator to help you in your crisis.
I have the therapeutic tools and will work with you to teach you how to use them to your advantage to make life a little easier. Imagine what it would feel like to be able to stop yourself in moments of crises, take a deep breath, and be able to problem-solve on your own out of a chaotic moment. You'd gain confidence to take back control of your own life.
I aim to create a safe, judgment-free, and empathic space to talk about whatever you'd like. I am also trained in EMDR - feel free to ask me about it!
