It is my view that many of the challenges that get us stuck in our lives are rooted in the ways that we unconsciously relate to ourselves, others, and the world. Many of the patterns that we develop in these relationships are hard to see by ourselves, difficult to change, and are relics of a situation we may or may not remember well.
