I would be honored to walk with you on your path. For me, therapy is relational. The human on the other side of the room (or screen) should feel like precisely that: a human! Together, we will create a container in which you can authentically examine your relationships with others as well as the pivotal relationship to self.
My approach embodies laughter and creativity, building vulnerability to explore the innate heaviness of being alive. I work with all ages with a commitment to trauma-informed practice, dismantling white supremacy, uplifting disability justice & neurodiversity, health at every size, & mutual aid. I'm also trained in the intersections of autism, ADHD, and OCD.
I am sex & kink-positive & trained in supporting non-monogamous/polyamorous & asexual folks. Supporting trans & non-binary clients & their families through navigating the often confusing & emotional rollercoaster of social, mental, and medical transitional existence brings me immense joy. Our lives are lived in groups; of friends, coworkers, family, neighbors, culture, & society. Therapy in groups can embolden us for a life lived in community. This is a virtual group for adults in California of any gender, age, and background to increase their understanding of themselves, their emotions, and relationship dynamics and patterns impacting their lives. In group members practice putting thoughts and feelings into words, exploring here and now group dynamics as well as sharing the emotionally significant experiences of their lives.
