Trying to talk yourself out of a thought spiral only seems to make things worse and you're not sure how to move forward. It doesn't have to be like this! Recovery is within reach.

My expertise is in providing affirming care for queer, neurodivergent, and BIPOC clients who are grappling with OCD/anxiety, trauma, and relational issues. In addition to talk therapy, I offer specialized OCD and trauma treatments including ERP, I-CBT, and EMDR. I also run weekly process groups and enjoy working with partners/couples.

I believe everyone deserves a good therapist, because being a person is hard. Together we can begin to unpack the anxiety at a pace that feels safe and supportive. 'Taboo' obsessions including sexual, harm, negligence, and scrupulosity are among the most common but least discussed OCD themes. The purpose of this weekly support group is to combat the shame, misunderstanding, and stigma that OCD causes- you don't have to be alone with these thoughts! Open to adults of all genders, sexual orientations, races, and neurotypes.
