While my doors are open to anyone, I specialize in working with HSPs and empaths, as well as those with high levels of self-awareness, curiosity, and motivation.
I combine traditional talk therapy techniques (CBT, DBT) with meditation, Poetry Therapy, breathwork, and mindfulness to provide emotional support and promote self-awareness, resilience, and growth.
