I am here to offer support to teens, couples, young adults, and individuals looking to feel validated and heard as we work together to help you navigate the challenges and stressors in your life.
As an adoptee myself, I bring a culturally affirming and intersectional lens to every session, using structural, experiential, and narrative modalities. I can offer a voice and guide you through anxiety, depression, relationships, and trauma.
