I offer parent coaching and help support you with challenging phases of development such as transitions, separations, communication, behaviors and tantrums. I also teach you how to parent consciously, mindfully, and intentionally to promote good mental health in your child that transcends into adulthood. I educate expecting or new parents on how to promote a healthy, secure attachment with their babies as well as developing a parenting plan. You may have one or multiple questions or just want to learn all you can to support your Birth-6 child. If your child is older, call or email.

I help you feel more equipped in your role as a parent with education, tools, and a newfound lens. Your understanding of your child will increase, communication becomes better, and you'll see an increase in emotional regulation from both you and your child. I help you yell less and listen more.
