MY APPROACH TO THERAPY IS TO PROVIDE AN OPEN AND NON-JUDGING ENVIRONMENT SO YOU CAN EXPRESS YOURSELF FREELY. Therapy needs to be customized to fit your needs. It may be phone counseling, group, individual or couples. You may be experiencing anxiety, infidelity, depression, sexual abuse, relationship issues or some other manifestation that's affecting your life. I believe we get better with people and become worse in isolation, so let's work together to bring you a better tomorrow. My substantial experience, non-judging stance and directness allows the process to work.
