Most clients come to therapy because they feel stuck. Some of my clients have inner conflicts, high-stress levels, or trauma that prevent them from forming meaningful relationships or being productive. They also don't know which option to take when faced with tough choices. Should you stay or walk out? Life commitments, family dysfunction, and questions about their ability to do the right thing when faced with decisions are so challenging. Sometimes we get to a certain stage in our lives where we could use a professional to help us navigate uncertainties. And that is when I step in to work with you through your struggles.
I help adults repair attachments with partners. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and specialize in infidelity and rebuilding trust. I am trained in EMDR and use it to help with bad memories, anxiety, and difficult life choices. I help professionals navigate stress through protocols that address the mind with science-based tools.
I will never judge you or your situation and my hope is that you find peace and clarity. I am culturally sensitive and therapy can be in your native language of Portuguese, Spanish, or English. I only offer evening appointments. I provide clinical evaluations for Immigration cases. I look forward to your first contact and I return all my calls.
