I frequently co-facilitate DBT Skills Groups in association with Bay Area Mental Health in Campbell, CA. DBT Skills Groups are for individuals interested in managing and reducing painful emotions, building distress tolerance and improving interpersonal relationships. Offered in 8- to 10-week modules, DBT Skills Groups are highly effective for anyone interested in self-improvement, and especially for people struggling with emotional impulsivity, depression, trauma and PTSD, Bi-Polar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and anxiety.
