I work to help clients validate their own strengths and resilience, while making space to understand and navigate any identified challenges that keep their goals from becoming reality. I am licensed in CA , TX & ID. I enjoy helping clients through current life transitions and understanding the stories and experiences that have held them back from their potential. I utilize an eclectic mix of Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR)
