Although you may feel scratched, dented or even shattered at times in your life, you are not broken. Successes and challenges are only part of who you are, and we humans learn by doing, which sometimes means we grow at the rate of pain. If you've experienced trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, confusion, boredom, relationship/communication challenges, or a loss of confidence, I'm here for you. Therapy can help you gain the perspective and skills to be who you want to be.

I specialize in assisting clients in discovering and harnessing their strengths, navigating daily challenges, and fostering resilience in the face of trauma and grief. I've worked in the field since 2015 and I continuously strive to expand my knowledge. I approach our collaboration with humility & never ask clients to do anything I’m not willing to do myself

During our sessions, we will prioritize solutions, explore the mind-body connection, and consider your overall well-being from a neurobiological perspective. I incorporate somatic approaches to our work because they work. Additionally, I draw upon my lived experience with recovery and family systems.
