I'm currently full- but my Mindful Way colleagues may still have openings. Making the step to come to therapy is a hard one. I feel honored to provide a warm, safe, and compassionate space for you to share your story and truly be heard. I believe you are the expert on your relationships, health, emotions, and body. I work with Adults and children (ages 2-7). I welcome folks of all backgrounds (ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation) and strive to provide a safe, comfortable, culturally responsive environment that supports your healing journey.
I am passionate about working with and supporting trauma, family/life change, panic and anxiety concerns, and relational concerns. I use a mix of strength-focused, multicultural, interpersonal approaches. Based on your needs, I include attachment, narrative, mindfulness, somatic, polyvagal, heart-centered, and developmental repair interventions.
Specialty areas: mindfulness, somatic, mind-body connection. Experiential Play Therapy for ages 2-7. Certified in EMDR (for adults): a trauma-focused intervention to heal past wounds that prevent us from living in the present.
