I’ll be honest: I don’t think there’s anything wrong with you, and I don’t think individual therapy is the answer. I imagine you are doing your best to be okay in a very unwell culture – a culture of toxic individualism, a system designed to make us forget who we are, and what's important. II believe in a future where we will remember our connections to each other, ourselves, our planet, and heal in community. Til then, though, I’m here with you. I work from the basic belief that I don’t know what you need, but together we will find it. What if healing isn't about doing more, but about un-becoming everything that is not you?
I've worked with folks therapeutically since 2001, and have specialized in trauma recovery since 2017. I have a waitlist, as do many other counselors. I recommend the free 75-min workshop, Resilience for Liberation by Lumos Transforms, please Google (I can't embed the link). I use this framework with all of my clients: a powerful tool for transformation.
It takes courage, and a combination of compassion and curiosity in order to reconnect with ourselves and make the changes we want. I am here with you, a companion-collaborator on your journey. I want everyone to have access to support. If this would present a financial hardship to you, please reach out to me. I am love-, kink-, and sex-positive.

My approach grows from the basic belief that you already have what you need and together we will find it. You can expect that we will begin by learning your nervous system, and how you experience stress and safety within you, building a collection of tools you can use to support yourself in any state. This is what I refer to as "preparation for transformation." From there, anything is possible.
