FREE Moms Support Group
This group is free and designated for moms. Whether you are a new mom learning the ropes of motherhood, or a seasoned mom who has been there done that, we all can use comradery and support. Motherhood can be unbelievably rewarding but it can also be isolating, frustrating, exhausting, and scary. After having kids isolation is a huge problem among moms. Together we can break isolation by building connections with other moms in the community while creating lasting friendships.This group will have minimal structure or therapist facilitation but topics will be prepared should the group need direction.

FREE Pregnancy Support Group
This group is free and designated for mothers who are pregnant. This group will have minimal structure but the therapist or group lead will have topics for discussion each week such as; healthy snacks on the go, babywearing, different topics on feeding, preparing for birth, preparing for bringing baby home and postpartum months, and many more. The group is also designed to focus on a topic or concern brought in by a group member who is in need of extra support for the week. Come learn for other pregnant mothers, you are the expert of your body after all!
