I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adult/adult populations, mostly in an individual setting. Every individual and family is unique, therefore, one model does not fit all. My personal style is multifaceted; I refer to a plethora of approaches while providing psychotherapy and education along the way.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to discuss what is bothering you, explore beliefs, decrease conflict & achieve your goals. This therapeutic space assists clients in expressing emotions and learning about themselves. A strong, trusting therapeutic alliance is also needed to achieve success and I will give 110% to every relationship that is formed.

We will work collaboratively to find the right blend of therapeutic approaches that work for you. I have passion for this field and I am dedicated to helping people improve their lives, build skills, gain insight & grow/heal .
