I offer clients a safe space to share, open up and work on reaching their goals. Reaching out for your own self care is the first, most important but most difficult step… and is to be admired. Whether you are calling for yourself or for your child, I am here for you to listen non-judgmentally and to get to the root of the issue. I work with adults, children, and teens utilizing various treatment approaches including CBT behavioral approaches, play and art therapy, DBT and others. My goal is to help others to get to the bottom of their struggles, and to challenge the negative beliefs they have.
I have experience working with adults, children and teens. I am an experienced therapist and can work with all ages.
