Hi! I'm Alyssa and I specialize in working with individuals who need support working through anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-worth and trauma. When we are struggling with internal conflict, it can be challenging to have relationships with others and live a fulfilling life. I believe we are all capable of creating long-lasting and holistic change within ourselves, however, sometimes we need support from others to be able to get there.
I offer support to my clients through an integrative approach, meeting clients where they are and establishing a supportive relationship from day one. I use my certification in integrative mental health, yoga teacher background and other holistic interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
I enjoy creating a safe environment where individuals can feel comfortable expressing themselves, exploring what is on their mind and being their authentic selves.
