I am a dual-licensed psychotherapist who specializes in supporting young adults and adults. With years of experience in in-patient and outpatient settings, I use a collaborative and trauma-informed approach in therapy. My work focuses on reflecting upon each person’s unique strengths and offering practical tools to explore and overcome challenges.
