As an integrative, mindfulness-based therapist, I take a whole-person approach to therapy and am committed to holding a safe space where you feel heard, seen and validated. Together, we take an action-oriented and collaborative approach to identify solutions and work toward creating meaningful changes in your life.
Holistic in my approach, I incorporate a unique blend of CBT, DBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, meditation and humor. I am passionate about working with emerging adults, and women who are experiencing anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges.
In addition, I have completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction training with well-known author Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D. and offer Mindfulness based skills/self-care groups. I understand the challenges we face living in this modern world and invite you to take a step forward in creating a life you love. I'm always open to walk and talk therapy!

Cope & Confidence for High School Girls
Modern teen-hood for girls is a very difficult time in life. The rise in peer pressure, competitive conflicts, and unhealthy social media messages are all contributors to a national increase in anxiety, depression and low self-esteem in girls. This group is designed to help teen girls to become all they are meant to be through an educational and experiential approach. Participants will learn coping strategies in a safe and supportive environment to help build a skill set to better manage the everyday challenges of being a teenager.
