I believe it's time for self-inquiry. I've worked in client care for 15 years and believe having a stable foundation in mental health is a requirement for functioning with all we are facing. I combine somatic work, trauma-informed care, attachment work, psycho-education, and nervous system support. I work with clients to understand their mind, heart, instinctual & physical selves.
