Drawing upon extensive training in somatic psychology, attachment theories, life cycles, developmental stages, therapeutic movement, subtle energy, and social justice. With over 25 of years experience, I hold a double Masters degree in Counseling Psychology & Education, & am a certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist.
There is an art to being unapologetically you & when you can show up in your fullness you won’t have to work to change your life, it will happen on its own. My passion for life, my background and the way I live my purpose, informs the way people feel in my presence. My energy is strong and precise, it is warm and I love to laugh.
